Scotia Chiropractic offers orthotic foot supports to help realign the joints in the foot and redistribute the forces that act on feet when they are in motion. Stabilising the foot joints can relive pain in the knee, hip, lower back and spine. By using specialist imaging equipment, a detailed and personal scan can be taken of your feet, to provide bespoke orthotics. These come in a range of styles to suit all activity levels.
Orthotics can help with many different types of issues, including running injuries such as ‘shin splints’ and arthritic problems.
