Amy* suffered all day with the low back pain making dealing with the children very challenging. At first she thought it was just dealing with the children that caused the pain but then realised that it occurred after giving birth. She also lacked sleep as the pain could keep her awake all night.
Iain* carried out an awkward lift on the farm. He immediately got pain in his left calf and then his hip and leg went as well. He was hobbling about and could not stand for any length of time. As you can imagine he could not take time off but was struggling with the pain and lack of sleep.
Fiona* came after digging in the garden had triggered a bad episode of neck pain which led to her not being able to move her neck. She stated that she had suffered various issues mentioned earlier for a number of years.
